For every step executed on the host, RJSE:
- Issues messages indicating the actions it performed to create, upload, download, and delete datasets
- Extracts select information from the host job log and inserts it into the local job log for the host-executed step
- Downloads the host job log and spools it into in the local spool view under the DD name
