BusinessRulesValidation.bj

Action

Indicate whether business rule segments no longer are valid. An invalid segment is out of synch with the rule, typically because lines of code have been added or deleted during a refresh or edit. Optionally, specify how to handle invalid segments.

Syntax

BusinessRulesValidation LogFile Workspace [Action] [Project]

Required Parameters	Description
LogFile	Output log file generated when the batch script is executed.
Workspace	Workspace file (.rwp).

Optional Parameters	Description
Action	How to handle invalid segments. Specify: leave, to retain the invalid segment but set the rule Segment Validity attribute to Invalid. delete, to delete the invalid segment and set the rule Segment Validity attribute to Invalid. valid, to resynchronize the segment, subject to the limitations described in Analyzing Programs in the product documentation set. The values are case-sensitive.
Project	Project. Default is the default project.
