Access Main Storage Data Bases (only) at the field level, and query the field contents and subsequently change the field value.

Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.

$IM-FLD MSDBview fsaname [rootssa]

`fsaname`	COBOL dataname for the generated field search argument.
`MSDBview`	Main Storage Data Base PCB
`rootssa`	Root segment search argument; if not specified, AMB retrieves the first segment in the MSDB.
