During the auto-install process the TCT entry could not be installed to the system. Some values for tmp-return are:
1 = not found.
2 = busy.
3 = invalid request.
6 = duplicate termid.
9 = tctid invalid.
10 = duplicate netname.
11 = netname invalid.
12 = duplicate plu alias.
13 = plu alias invalid.
20 = out of service.
21 = not acquired.
22 = invalid type.
