| A | Terminates all logical messages directed to or currently being displayed on the terminal |
| B | Terminates the logical message currently being displayed on the terminal, and any logical messages chained to it. |
| C | Terminates the current logical message and any messages chained to it. |
| H | Terminates all logical messages chained to the message being displayed on the terminal. The page of the base message that was most recently displayed is redisplayed at the terminal. |
| R | Terminates all logical messages routed to the terminal. The page that was being displayed at the terminal is redisplayed. |
| hhhhhh | The 6-digit hexadecimal identifier of a specific, undelivered logical message to be erased. You can find out the message identifier using a page query command. |
