To determine the cause of a secure listnener failure, it can be useful to look in the Communications Server (CS) console and
               review the messages that the listener generated. To access the CS console: 
               	 
            
 
            	 
             
               		
               - On the Entereprise Server Administration Home page, click 
                  		  Edit at the left of the server you want to check.
                  		
               
- Click the 
                  		  Diagnostics tab, then click the 
                  		  CS Console tab. 
                  		
               
- To view the entire log since the server was started, click 
                  		  Show Entire Log. The log opens in a text editor window.
