The maximum number of users communicating via Named Pipes is logged into the XDB Server. To correct this problem, try increasing
the number of Named Pipe Receive Threads (XDB Server Configuration utility, Multi-user Options). Also, if embedding SQL in
COBOL, check your code to be sure you have not used the LOGON and LOGOFF directives in subprograms. See the XDB Server Administration
