To Create a New Resource Definition File

You can create a new resource definition file to use with your regions. You can use the editor to create new, or edit existing resource definitions.
  1. In the Enterprise Server for .NET user interface, select Configuration > CICS Resources .

    The Resource Editor opens in the Results pane.

  2. Choose File > New to create a new resource definition, or choose File > Open to open an existing resource definition. The resource definition appears in the editor.
