WRITE, or REWRITE) for a direct file or an indexed file that is accessed
randomly.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Determine if the file access is correct, or if AT END should be
removed.
