               Possible Causes and Resolutions
 
               		 
               		
               This error could be caused by one of the following: 
                  		
               
 
               		
                
                  		  
                  - One or more 
                     			 MicroFocus.SEE.xxx system assemblies have been uninstalled from the GAC. 
                     			 
                     Repair or re-install 
                        				Enterprise Server for .NET.
                        			 
                      
- One or other of the 
                     			 PipelineSegments.store or 
                     			 AddIns.store files in 
                     			 %ProgramFiles%\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\binAnyCPU 
                        			  and 
                     			 %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\binAnyCPU\AddIns respectively are corrupt or out of sync with the pipeline assemblies. 
                     			 
                     Repair or re-install 
                        				Enterprise Server for .NET. 
                        			 
                      
- WAS/IIS needs recycling. 
                     			 
                     Use the Windows Services control panel or an equivalent tool to stop and restart the 
                        				World Wide Web Publishing Service and the 
                        				Windows Process Activation Service.
                        			 
                      
- Check the Windows Services control panel and ensure that the 
                     			 Net.Tcp Listener Adapter Service and 
                     			 Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service are is started. 
                     			 
                     View the Windows event log for further clues.
