Running a macro

You can run a macro when you run an application in the IDE as follows:

1. Ensure you have added macro files to your project.
2. Run your application and open the embedded Rumba+ Desktop mainframe display or the standalone Rumba+ Desktop.
3. Click the Run macro button or on the toolbar of the display.
4. In the Select Macro dialog box, select a macro file and click OK.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Ensure you have added macro files to your project.
2. Start debugging your application.
3. In Solution Explorer, right-click the macro file and click Play Macro.
   Tip: To interrupt a macro while it is running, click the Stop macro button on the toolbar of the embedded mainframe display window.
