To use the CodeWatch ON-unit triggering notification feature, set the following environment variable in the configuration
for the enterprise server you are using for debugging with CodeWatch.
MFPLI_CONFIG_DIR=<directory>
: The read/write location where to create the
CWNOTIF.DAT file that allows CodeWatch and the PL/I run time to communicate. This is typically the root directory of the current enterprise
server instance that you are using.
Note: This variable is set automatically using the value in the
PL/I Configuration Directory field on the
Native > General > PL/I page in ESCWA. You can use either that value or the root directory of the current enterprise server instance.
