The Users report category provides detailed information about users maintained in a Relativity catalog. The
Is Owner column also indicates which group is the catalog owner.
Note: The group name is also deemed a user in the report.
The following variations of a user report can be run:
- By Group
- Each user group is displayed on a separate tab: move between the tabs using the
Next Group/Previous Group options.
Note: When exported, all tabs are displayed on the same report.
- By User
- All catalog users are displayed on the same tab.
- In Declared Order
- All catalog users are displayed on the same tab, and grouped within their user groups.
This report can also be run from the
DBA if the group\user is granted reporting privileges.
