Returns the length for a byte array property.

OraFormsGetPropByteArrayLen(  in sName   :  string,  
                               in nPropId :  number ) :  number;

Return value

The length of the array on success
-1 otherwise

Parameter	Description
sName	The control's unique name.
nPropId	The property ID for the byte array property, for example ORA_PID_BP_CHUNK.
