Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.
- On the JOBnnnnnnn page, where
nnnnnnn is the number of the job, or on the job output file details page, click
Hold or
Release.
Note:
- Hold changes to
Release after you have clicked it, and
Release changes back to
Hold after a further click. The
Status field also changes accordingly.
- If the job is in the input queue when you click
Hold, it is not executed until you release it. If the job is in the Complete queue with the Output checkbox enabled, when you
click
Hold, the output files are not printed until you release it.
- If you have also changed the value for
Class or
Priority, the change is applied.
