- In the left pane, select
ADSI Edit.
- From the menu, select
- Enter the servername (the hostname of your AD server) for the connection name and server name. Select
Distinguished name (DN) or naming context and enter the domain-DN. This is similar to:
DC=dept,DC=mydom,DC=com Set the authorized user name and password to AD-admin and AD-password if you're not already logged on as that user.
