To start the enterprise server, run this command at a
Net Express command prompt:
casstart -rSTAFF
Note: In Windows, if using the Enterprise Server Administration page to start your server, you are not prompted to debug your program unless you have modified your configuration such that your Micro Focus Directory Service runs as your logon ID and has the ability to interact with the Windows Desktop.
