Editing a Mainframe Node Configuration

You can edit a mainframe node's configuration to change settings as required. You use the Server Access Configuration dialog box to do this.

To display the Server Access Configuration dialog box, use either of the following options:

  • From the Visual Studio menu, select: Tools > Micro Focus COBOL Tools > Micro Focus Server Access
  • From the Windows Start menu, select :Micro Focus Product Name > Configuration > Mainframe Access Configuration

The Server Access Configuration dialog box is displayed.

To edit a node:

  1. On the Server Access Configuration dialog box, select the Node tab.
  2. In the list, select the node to edit, and click Edit to display the Node Configuration dialog box.
  3. Complete the entries in the dialog box as required.

The Node Configuration dialog box contains the configurations that you set when you defined the node. In addition it contains the Credentials button. Use this to configure mainframe login credentials.
